7 ways to lose weight..its easy!^.^
Weight loss requires two things: burning calories through exercise and cutting them through smart food choices and portion control. In theory, you could create a calorie deficit by spending hours at the gym, but that's not realistic-or much fun. And who wants to live on lettuce leaves? Instead, try these seven everyday moves to drop pounds effortlessly.
1. Fidget
James Levine, MD, of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, has spent a decade studying the role that everyday movement, or NEAT (nonexercise activity thermogenesis), plays in metabolism. His discovery: People who tap their feet, prefer standing to sitting, and generally move around a lot burn up to 350 more calories a day than those who sit still. That adds up to nearly 37 pounds a year!
2. Keep most meals under 400 calories
Study after study recommends spacing out your meals at regular intervals and keeping them all about the same size. Eating meals at regular intervals has been linked to greater calorie burning after eating, better response to insulin, and lower fasting blood cholesterol levels. When you eat regular meals throughout the day, you're less likely to become ravenous and overeat.
3. Take yourself off cruise control
Increase the intensity of your everyday tasks, from vacuuming to walking the dog, recommends Douglas Brooks, an exercise physiologist and personal trainer in Northern California. "Turn on some music, add in some vigorous bursts, and enjoy the movement," he says.
4. Drink 8 glasses of water per day
Water is not just a thirst quencher--it may speed the body's metabolism. Researchers in Germany found that drinking two 8-ounce glasses of cold water increased their subjects' metabolic rate by 30%, and the effect persisted for 90 minutes. One-third of the boost came from the body's efforts to warm the water, but the rest was due to the work the body did to absorb it. "When drinking water, no calories are ingested but calories are used, unlike when drinking sodas, where additional calories are ingested and possibly stored," explains the lead researcher, Michael Boschmann, MD, of University Medicine Berlin. Increasing water consumption to eight glasses per day may help you lose about 8 pounds in a year, he says, so try drinking a glass before meals and snacks and before consuming sweetened drinks or juices.
5. Step it up--and down
Climbing stairs is a great leg strengthener, because you're lifting your body weight against gravity. In addition to taking the stairs at every opportunity, try stepping up and down on the curb while you're waiting for the bus or filling your gas tank, says Brooks.
6. Use grocery bags as dumbbells
Letting someone else load your groceries or carry your suitcase is an opportunity missed for strengthening and calorie burning, says certified coach Beth Rothenberg, who teaches a class for fitness professionals at UCLA. "Carry your groceries, balanced with a bag in each hand, even if you have to make several trips," she says. "And pack two smaller suitcases instead of one big one, so you can carry them yourself."
7. Eat 4 g of fiber at every meal
A high-fiber diet can lower your caloric intake without making you feel deprived. In a Tufts University study, women who ate 13 g of fiber or less per day were five times as likely to be overweight as those who ate more fiber. Experts see a number of mechanisms through which fiber promotes weight loss: It may slow down eating because it requires more chewing, speed the passage of food through the digestive tract, and boost satiety hormones. To get 25 g of fiber a day, make sure you eat six meals or snacks, each of which contains about 4 g of fiber. For to-go snacks, buy fruit; it's handier than vegetables, so it's an easy way to up your fiber intake. One large apple has just as much fiber (5 g) as a cup of raw broccoli.

iPad....
iLounge has an impressively detailed report (plus plenty of photos and videos) on all the physical aspects of the iPad, but I'm just going to focus on ports and controls here. As with the iPhone, the front of the iPad is essentially featureless save for the Home key at the bottom of the 9.7-inch display; along the top, you'll find a "sleep" switch, a 3.5mm headset jack, and a tiny hole for the built-in microphone (so yes, the iPad does have a microphone). On the right edge are the volume and mute buttons, while the speaker and Apple's standard 30-pin connector sit along the bottom. That's what's there ... so what's missing? A USB port and a card reader, namely. (Apple will be offering a "Camera Accessory Kit" with separate adapters for USB and SD memory cards for $29, iLounge reports.)
How's the virtual QWERTY keypad?
Just so-so, from what I've been hearing. As we saw yesterday, the iPad's virtual keypad is (obviously) much bigger than that of the iPhone or iPod Touch; in fact, it's nearly the same size as a standard QWERTY keyboard. Unfortunately, the iPad keypad is "almost too wide for thumb typing," Walt Mossberg complains, and you can't type with both hands without putting the iPad down ... and that could be a problem too, says Gizmodo, because of the iPad's curved back panel: "Sitting flat on the table ... the iPad sort of wobbles ... so the virtual keyboard becomes that much more difficult to use." Of course, you could always use the optional keyboard dock that Apple announced yesterday ... but at that point, I'd argue, you might as well just pull out your MacBook.
What's the deal with the docks?
OK, so Apple announced two docks that'll go with the iPad. One is a standard dock with a 30-pin connector that charges the iPad and tilts it at a good reading angle; you also get an audio port in the back for connecting a pair of stereo speakers. The standard dock goes for $29; meanwhile, for $69, you can get basically the same dock with a standard Apple keyboard attached in front. Finally, Apple will also sell a black iPad Case ($39) with a flip that acts as a kickstand for watching movies, slideshows, or presentations.
How do videos look?
Amazing, apparently. "Stunning," says the San Francisco Chronicle, while iLounge crows about the "strong, rich colors" and "great viewing angles." iLounge also reports that while the iPad's 1024-by-768 display isn't quite capable of displaying 720p videos at full resolution, the device can play 720p H.264 video files (albeit downscaled to the native resolution of the iPad's screen), so I'm curious whether it'll be possible to rent and watch an HD movie on the iPad itself. In other words, it sounds like watching a feature-length movie on the iPad will be a lovely experience, especially when you're sharing a friend. That said, the iPad's single built-in speaker probably won't make for a cinema-worthy experience, so don't forget your earbuds. Also, if you were hoping to play true 720p-quality video from the iPad on an external display, sorry, no dice ... external output over Apple's Component AV cable is limited to 576p. Also: Like the iPhone and the iPod Touch, the aspect ratio of the iPad screen is 4:3, meaning that you'll have to be content with letterboxing in the case of widescreen videos.
How's the iPad's overall performance?
Pretty speedy, says Gizmodo: "It's fasssst ... It feels at least a generation faster than the iPhone 3GS. Lags and waits are gone, and the OS and apps respond just as quickly as you'd hope."
How do iBooks look?
Most of the impressions I've read have praised the sharp, easy-to-read text on the iPad's iBooks reader, as well as the three-dimensional look of the page-flipping animations. But in the end, as iLounge notes, iBooks "falls short of really bringing books forward into the 21st Century ... they are basically the same black and white things you see on an Amazon Kindle or Barnes and Noble Nook." That shouldn't come as a huge surprise—books are, after all, just text on a page—but still, worth noting.
What about 3G?
Apple says that it'll sell iPads with embedded 3G for $130 over the standard iPad models, meaning the 16GB 3G iPad will be $629 (versus $499 for the Wi-Fi-only version), the 32GB 3G model will be $729 (instead of $599), and the 64GB 3G flavor will be $829 (rather than $699). For now, only AT&T is offering a specific iPad data plan: $30 a month prepaid for unlimited data (and, thankfully, no contract), or $15 for 250MB of monthly data. International plans will be announced this summer, Apple said.
OK, but what about GPS?
Well, it depends on what model you get. According to Apple's (somewhat vague) specs, the 3G-enabled iPads will support assisted GPS with cell-tower triangulation, while the Wi-Fi-only model will have to depend on nearby Wi-Fi networks to determine (more or less) your general location. In other words, if you want an iPad that's an ace at pinpointing your location on the maps app, you'll have to pay an extra $130 for the 3G-embedded models. That said, both the 3G and Wi-Fi-only iPads come with on-board digital compasses and accelerometers.

It was a fine day, a little bright too.
It was a fine day until something happened.
One, Me, Zulhariz and Muhaimin was late for our KKQ class.
We were chit chatting with one of our teacher.
The identity is a secret.
We absolutely dont know the class had started!
So, we like asking this and that.
My mind was full of various feelings such as blank.
Second, After the KKQ class, we concluding me, Anis and Wafa' I think.
Must meet our class teacher to do some works.
Anis and Wafa' did not come!
With a fake smile, I said I can handle it.
So, I had to do the tiring work, alone!
It seems like it was not a hard work, but the fact is, it was tiring!
I got two benefits.
First, it is not very important, but i get to see the personal "things" about the students!
Second, the most wanted by all people, money!
i got tips for my hardwork.
At first, I reject the offer, but the teacher insist to give me.
Well, like the malay says, "Rezeki jangan ditolak".

My turn is a disaster.
It was not as I practiced!
Nevermind, I practiced just for two times only, my fault.
I am not so in to this competition.
Just want to Imtiyaz shines bright and the marks.
Sorry. ^.^
Also, i did not use the word "Practice Makes Perfect" widely.
I just give and try my fate.

Zahid was his name.
I accompanied him from my father left me incharge until he safely entered his class.
At first, my father cant find Teacher Suhaily, the head teacher for the 1 Budi class.
Then, he said to me to take care of my brother and accompanied him wherever he went.
Luckily, me and Teacher Suhaily was quite close.
Search and search, from the canteen to every classes.
Finally, we found her, in teachers room.
The first thing I did when I met Teacher Suhaily is chatted about something that is really funny!
After the moment of laughing ended, I told her our true intentions.
She then told me that my brother can go to the class that instant.
Me and my brother quickly went to 1 Budi class after asked permission to left.
Within 30 minutes of searching and accompany my little brother, I had done my job excellently.
My mission to find Teacher Suhaily and brang my brother to 1 Budi class, done perfectly.
That was the time, which I will memorize it.

PUAN ROSEALIZA!!!!
gerhana matahari!!
