4 hours of blackout....it has the most worst world power cuts~
Brazilian Energy Minister Edson Lobao say....
possibly cuz the storm, 3 of the plants five transmission
lines went out at Itaipu hydroelectric station.....
Itaipu has an output of 14,000 megawatts.....
supplies 20% of the energy 4 Brazil n Latin Amrica~
it the 1st time it went off-line since it opened in 1982....
OUT-BLACK = BLACK-OUT

it was good to find out that the blackout actually was caused by faulty equipment -- not hackers
